Adkins said that we just rethink how they can offer better opportunities to families about fitness but from the comfort of their own homes? They are planning to offer people to provide resources and facilities online still they are offering those opportunities to families to get them to act together.”
The program that Adkins has launched for families encompasses the ‘Fit Family Challenge Home Edition’ this edition is going to be of 12- weeks fitness challenge from live streaming Zumba classes and Alpha Warrior with the combined programming they are receiving just north of 7000 views only in two months after the launch. Also, there is a free online portal for health and wellness resources as well as there are videos available for grade school-aged children named as ‘i play! after school at home’ – sports-specific videos.
Adkins said that the organization is trying to do their best possible for providing fitness sessions to every age group. San Antonio Sports partner and Kendra Chambers, a professional USA track & field athlete, 2021 Olympic said that programming geared towards sports is vital to the participation of youth athletes.
San Antonio Sports has been trying to make easy for people to take care of their health and working on their fitness especially for kids, Chamber said that “To use a resource that’s going to be able to cater to the sport that they love and with such young minds, that’s important to cater to what they want to do.”
In fact, now gyms are also opening back but some people are still not comfortable going to the gym due to COVID- 19 they do not want to risk their lives. So, they are avoiding to go to gyms and taking online fitness sessions.
